Nag Ashwin Urges Unity After Warsi's 'Joker' Comment on Prabhas

Warsi praised Amitabh Bachchan but criticized Prabhas’s role, sparking backlash from fans.

Director Nag Ashwin has responded on X (formerly Twitter), urging a focus on unity within the Indian film industry rather than regional rivalries.

Ashwin assured that character development will improve in the sequel and addressed the criticism by saying, “Let's move beyond Bollywood vs. Tollywood debates.

I’ll work hard so future feedback praises Prabhas. Sending toys for Arshad’s kids.” He also called for reducing negativity, stating, “There’s too much hate already. We should try not to add to it.”

Kalki 2898 AD is a sci-fi action drama set in a post-apocalyptic future and inspired by Indian mythology.

The film features Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan.
