Amazon sees 2-digit growth in Andhra

Visakhapatnam: Amazon.in reported double-digit quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) growth in its home, kitchen, and outdoors categories across Andhra Pradesh, with a notable surge in Visakhapatnam. The demand for solar panels, in particular, surged by 95 per cent QoQ, reflecting a shift towards more sustainable living preferences among customers.

Customers in Andhra Pradesh also showcased an increasing preference towards purchasing home improvement products online wherein home decor accents grew by more than 90 per cent QoQ in Vizag and approximately 80 per cent QoQ in Andhra Pradesh. The inclination towards convenient home and kitchen products across Vizag and automation across Andhra Pradesh majorly drove product selection amongst the customers in these regions.
