HackAP Hackathon 2024 To Focus On Logistics Challenges

Visakhapatnam: Andhra University Incubation Council, popular as A Hub in collaboration with Alcove Partners, TiE-Vizag, and Teckybot, has made all arrangements to host the 12th edition of the highly successful HackAP Hackathon series on September 29. The event will focus on road transportation and logistics. The HackAP Hackathon has evolved into a premier platform, attracting budding entrepreneurs, students, and seasoned professionals alike.

Participants converge to showcase their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving prowess. Past editions have tackled diverse challenges, fostering a collaborative environment where groundbreaking solutions with real-world impact emerge.

“We have been spearheading many innovative programs and this hackathon series is of particular interest because we have not limited the HackAP Hackathon series to IT only. Staying true to our intent to encourage innovation across sectors, we are proud to be conducting the 12th hackathon in this series,” Ravi Eswarapu, CEO of A Hub told Bizz Buzz.

The problems are drawn from real-time experience of PBL Transport Corporation Pvt Ltd transporting goods and heavy equipment across the country and abroad. They have been resolving problems as they arise, always trying to infuse new technology into their operations. P Rajesh, Director, PBL Transport Corporation Pvt. Ltd, spoke at Startup Saturdays recently and provided several use cases. Seven of them are now posed as problem statements for this hackathon.
