The journalist’s petition alleges that Swamy has deceived multiple victims, from ordinary citizens to celebrities and politicians.

The journalist also claims he faced threats for exposing Swamy’s alleged fraudulent activities.

The lawyer for the journalist argued that Swamy had misused Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s image to make his schemes appear more legitimate.

The court has instructed the Jubilee Hills police to look into the matter and conduct a thorough investigation into the accusations.
