MoS Bandi Sanjay Unveils Photo Exhibit On Hyderabad liberation

Hyderabad: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay inaugurated a three-day photo exhibition on the Hyderabad Liberation Movement at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad, on Monday. Sanjay noted that this year the exhibition is being organised jointly by the Ministry of Tourism/Culture and the Ministry of Home Affairs, following directives from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

“The people of Telangana will never forget the leaders who were part of the freedom struggle. We need to know all these historic events and ensure they are taken forward to the next generations. We are celebrating Hyderabad Liberation Day with the inspiration of Sardar Vallabhai Patel,” the minister said .He added that this programme will be organised in a grand manner every year.

Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Hyderabad, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has set up this photo exhibition on the Hyderabad Liberation Movement to remind the people of the value of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters to free the princely state of Hyderabad from the autocratic rule of the Nizam.
