Mind Wars sees traction in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Mumbai-based Mind Wars, a knowledge acceleration platform from Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, said it has received positive response from schools in Telangana. In this State, more than 900 schools have registered from which over 450 schools are from Hyderabad alone.

The open platform provides trivia-based quizzes for enhancing knowledge across GK, Current Affairs and curriculum. Available as mobile application, the gamified knowledge ecosystem provides an accessible and engaging platform for students to enhance their knowledge through progress-driven quizzing. Students of class fourth to 10 across India can practice their syllabus by downloading the app from Google Play and App store. The registered students get to practice 20,000 questions available on the platform. Features such as challenge friends, and create own quiz to be shared with others, keeps the students proactive.

"The quizzes cover a range of subjects, thereby helping students learn exhaustively. They are now becoming well-versed not only in their history, culture, and past but also in the most recent developments and affairs," says Farida Sultana, Principal, Army Public School, Golconda.

Mind Wars said it over 3.5 crore students from across the country have registered, representing all States and central boards. Umesh Bansal, Sr Executive VP, ZEEL said, "I am delighted that our team is receiving an overwhelming response from the teachers and the student community. We want to provide kids with knowledge-based alternatives that will enable them to become street smart, through programs like the debate championships."

Mind Wars further informed that students registered on their platform represent 691 (96.78 per cent) districts across the country, with over 31,829 schools, and teachers from over 12,010 schools.
