Sensex, Nifty Open in Green, Aurobindo Pharma Top Gainer

On Thursday, the Indian stock indices opened in the green during early trade, with the Sensex and Nifty up by 0.24 percent and 0.28 percent, respectively

The BSE Sensex was up 198 points at 81,721, while the NSE Nifty was up 69 points at 24,987.

Indian Indices opened higher following overnight gains in the US markets, which also boosted other Asian markets except China.

Aurobindo Pharma, L&T Finance, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, and Bajaj Auto are the top gainers.

Granules India, Cummins, Dalmia Bharat, Navin Fluorine, and Tata Motors were the top losers.
