Hyderabad: Vistex CEO Sanjay Shah succumbs to tragic accident at Ramoji Film City

Tragedy struck during the silver jubilee celebrations of a private company at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, resulting in the unfortunate demise of Vistex CEO Sanjay Shah and serious injuries to his colleague. The incident occurred on Thursday evening when the CEO and his colleague entered an iron cage intended to be lowered from a height. Unfortunately, the iron chain supporting the cage broke on one side, leading to a fall.

Despite being promptly taken to the hospital, Sanjay Shah succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment, while his colleague remains in a serious condition, as reported by the police. A case has been registered against the Film City event management authorities, following a complaint lodged by another official of the company. Investigations into the incident are underway to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic accident.
