SEBI Rolls Out Optional T+0 Settlement for Top 500 Stocks Starting January 31, 2025
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) announced that it will introduce optional T+0 (same-day) settlement for the top 500 stocks, starting from January 31, 2025. This will initially apply to the bottom 100 stocks in the top 500 list, with further rollouts in intervals of 100 stocks. The T+0 settlement will allow quicker processing of trades, boosting market liquidity.
Jungle Camps India IPO Opens, Targets ₹29.42 Crore
Jungle Camps India Limited’s initial public offering (IPO) opened today and will remain open until December 12, 2024. The hospitality company aims to raise ₹29.42 crore with its fresh issue. The price band for the IPO has been set between ₹68 and ₹72 per equity share. On the first day of bidding, the issue received strong interest, with shares available at a premium of ₹65 in the grey market.
