After successfully arranging homestays in tourism destinations and famous towns, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board (MPTB) has stepped ahead to give homestay options for tourists in the middle of dense forests. These homestays offer familiarity and comfort to the visitors along with traditional hospitality and a taste of local culture.
These homestays are boosting the rural tourism, and enabling the visitors to learn about the local culture, taste delicious cuisines, and get regaled by forest tales. Registered under the state homestay scheme, these homestays provide a sense of comfort and ensure the safety of tourists. The homestay owner may also take the visitors on a forest walk on undiscovered paths.
While wildlife safaris are the focal point of any trip to the wild landscapes of Madhya Pradesh, a homestay experience will add many more colours to a vacation.
