Hyderabad police arrests 5 individuals following assault of dog owners and husky

Five individuals were apprehended by Hyderabad police after a distressing video circulated on social media depicted them assaulting a couple and their pet husky with sticks. The incident, which occurred in the Madhura Nagar police station area, led to the arrest of the accused. According to D Madhusudhan Reddy, Station House Officer of Madhura Nagar police station, the victims alleged that their neighbor, Dhananjay, along with others, attacked them and their husky. A counter complaint was filed by Dhananjay. Consequently, a case was registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
