Hyderabad-Phuket Flight Services Launched by GMR Hyderabad Airport
Direct flights between Hyderabad and Phuket are now operational, offering three weekly services, with increased frequency from February.

GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) has expanded its international network with the launch of direct flight services connecting Hyderabad and Phuket. The new route, operated by Air India Express, begins service today, offering three weekly flights between the two cities. Initially, flights will be available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with plans to increase to six weekly flights starting February 15, 2025.
The newly launched flights will operate as follows:

- Hyderabad to Phuket (IX910)
- Wednesday, Friday: Departure 12:20 IST / Arrival 17:35 ICT
- Sunday: Departure 11:50 IST / Arrival 17:05 ICT
- Phuket to Hyderabad (IX909)
- Wednesday, Friday: Departure 18:20 ICT / Arrival 20:25 IST
- Sunday: Departure 18:05 ICT / Arrival 20:10 IST
From mid-February, the service will expand, with additional flights added to the schedule, including departures on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The extended frequency will enhance travel options for passengers looking to explore Phuket or return to Hyderabad.

- Saturday, Sunday: Departure 18:05 ICT / Arrival 20:10 IST
The flight duration is approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, ensuring a quick and efficient connection for passengers traveling between the two destinations.
