Before submitting applications, eligible candidates are required to register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.nats.education.gov.in. The application window, which opened on September 21, 2024, is about to close, and aspiring candidates can apply directly via Canara Bank's official website at canarabank.com.
Candidates must ensure that their profiles on the Apprenticeship portal are fully completed before applying, as only those with 100% complete profiles will be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the apprenticeship, applicants must hold a degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or possess an equivalent qualification acknowledged by the central government. The age criteria for applicants require them to be between 20 and 28 years old, meaning candidates should have been born between September 1, 1996, and September 1, 2004.
Application Fee
An application fee of ₹500 is applicable to all candidates, except those belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories, who are exempt from this charge. The fee can be paid through various methods, including debit cards (RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), credit cards, online banking, IMPS, cash cards, or mobile wallets.

Merit List and Selection Process
A merit list will be prepared for each state based on the candidate's performance in the 12th-grade exam (HSC/10+2) or diploma. The information provided during the online application will determine merit ranking.
