A massive fire broke out at a private chemical factory in the Cherlapally industrial area of Secunderabad, Telangana, on Tuesday evening. The fire erupted in the Phase 1 section of Sheshsai Chemical Factory and quickly spread, creating chaos in the surrounding area. Dramatic video footage captured from the scene shows large flames engulfing the factory.
As the fire raged, barrels containing chemicals inside the factory exploded, worsening the situation. Dense smoke filled the area, and the fire spread to the nearby Mahalaxmi Rubber Company, causing chemical contamination to spread further. Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and are working to control the blaze.
Fortunately, there have been no reported injuries so far. This incident follows a similar fire in Delhi's Bawana industrial area on Monday morning, where a factory caught fire. The fire was brought under control with no casualties reported.
