Samsung Galaxy M06 And M16 5G Smartphones Launched In India: Check All The Details

Samsung Galaxy M16 and Galaxy M06 have officially launched in India as the new budget M-series offerings. The Galaxy M06 now brings 5G network support, which is an upgrade over the predecessor that was limited to just 4G. Both phones are equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. Samsung Galaxy M06 5G and M16 5G Specification

When it comes to specifications, both the Galaxy M06 and Galaxy M16 include a 6.7-inch display and a 5000 mAh battery with 25 W rapid charging.

In terms of processor, M06 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC and runs Android 15-based One UI 7.0, whilst M16 also uses the Dimensity 6300 chipset and Android 15-based One UI 7.0 but receives six OS upgrades and six years of security updates.

Although both models have numerous similarities, the main distinction is the camera hardware. The Galaxy M16 features a triple camera module, including a 50 MP main camera, a 5 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2 MP depth sensor with LED illumination. On the front, it has a 13 MP sensor. However, on the other side, the Galaxy M06 features a dual camera module with a 50MP sensor and a 2 MP depth camera on the rear, as well as an LED flash. There's also an 8 MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
