Realme is set to unveil the P3 series smartphones in India on Wednesday, expanding its existing lineup with the Realme P3 5G and Realme P3 Ultra 5G. These models will join the previously launched P3 Pro and P3x. The event will commence at 12 PM IST and will be streamed live on Realme India's official YouTube channel.
Realme has disclosed that the P3 Ultra 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultra chipset, supported by up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. To enhance gaming performance, the company has collaborated with Krafton, the developer of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). The device will incorporate bypass charging, enabling continuous gameplay while charging without overheating.
A 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate will be featured on the device, boasting a touch sampling rate of up to 2500Hz. The rear camera setup will include a 50MP Sony IMX896 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 12MP front-facing camera will handle selfies and video calls. The smartphone will be equipped with a 6000mAh battery with 80W wired charging support.
Realme P3 5G: Pricing and Availability
The company has confirmed pricing for the P3 5G, which will be available in three configurations:
- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage: Rs 16,999
- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage: Rs 17,999
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs 19,999
Sales for the P3 5G will begin with an early access event at 6 PM IST on Realme India's website. Buyers using select bank cards can avail an introductory discount of Rs 2,000.
The Realme P3 5G is the first smartphone in India to integrate the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. The device includes a 6000mAh battery, an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 2000 nits. It also features an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, ensuring durability.
Realme aims to strengthen its presence in the mid-range smartphone market with the launch of the P3 series, offering performance upgrades and advanced features tailored for gaming and multimedia users.
