Poco F7 Series Launched Globally: Check The Details

The Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi has announced the global launch of its subbrand Poco's latest flagship series, the Poco F7 Series. This new lineup includes two standout models: the Poco F7 Ultra and the Poco F7 Pro.

Poco F7 Series: Specifications

Over the years, the Poco F series has consistently featured older flagship processors. For example, the Poco F6 Pro utilized the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 instead of the more recent 8 Gen 3 chip. This trend continues with the new Poco F7 Pro; however, the company has added a fresh model to the lineup—the Poco F7 Ultra. This device is powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, offering impressive specifications with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

Both models boast a stunning 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz. In terms of battery life, the Poco F7 Ultra packs a robust 5,300mAh battery, whereas the Poco F7 Pro features a slightly larger 6,000mAh battery.

For photography enthusiasts, the Poco F7 Ultra is equipped with a versatile triple-camera system, which includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 32MP ultra-wide-angle lens. In contrast, the Poco F7 Pro sports a dual-camera setup featuring a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

Pricing and Availability

Regarding pricing, the Poco F7 Ultra starts at $599 for the 12GB + 128GB variant. Meanwhile, the Poco F7 Pro is available starting at $499 for the 12GB + 256GB model, with higher-end options also available.

Currently, there's no confirmation about the smartphone’s release in India, but the Poco F7 Series is already up for grabs globally, including in markets like the United States, Europe, and Asia.
