How To Play NYT Connections
Each day, you will receive a new word puzzle every night at midnight. You can play it on games on the New York Times site or on the Games app.
The grid is comprised consisting of 16 words. Your goal is to group the words into groups that are four, by figuring out the connections between them. The groups could consist of things such as items you click on, names of researchers or participants in research, or even words that are preceded by a body part.
Each group is colored. It is the yellow one that's generally the easiest to identify Blue and green lie between them, and that group in purple is typically the most difficult. The purple group is often a source of the use of words.
Choose four words that you think will be a good match and click submit. If you attempt to guess that is incorrect you'll be liable for losing the chance to live. If you're near to having the correct group, you may receive a message telling you that you're only one second away from getting the right answer However, you'll have to decide which to switch.
