Motorola Razr 60 appears on TENAA with major memory upgrade

The Motorola Razr 60 series is nearing its launch, and we've got a sneak peek thanks to TENAA, where both the Ultra and standard versions have been spotted. The most notable change in the vanilla Razr 60 is a significant memory upgrade, offering up to a massive 18GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
This new foldable phone comes with some improvements over the Razr 50, but the display sizes remain unchanged. It will feature a 3.6-inch AMOLED cover display and a 6.9-inch foldable screen, putting to rest earlier speculations that the screen might be smaller. The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP main camera and a 13MP secondary camera, while the front-facing camera is a 32MP unit, just like its predecessor.
Under the hood, the Razr 60 is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 7400x chipset, a variation of the regular Dimensity 7400 optimized for dual-screen foldables.
TENAA lists the Razr 60 under the model number XT-2553-2 with memory options of 8GB, 12GB, 16GB, and 18GB RAM, paired with storage options ranging from 128GB to a whopping 1TB.
While these impressive memory options represent a major leap from last year's model, it’s worth noting that these variants might be exclusive to China, with international availability possibly limited to lower configurations.
Battery-wise, the Razr 60 will come with a 4,500mAh capacity, identical to the Ultra version. While TENAA hasn't disclosed specific charging speeds, it is expected to support 30W wired charging, along with some wireless charging features. The phone will run on Android 15, bringing the latest software enhancements.
The Motorola Razr 60 is shaping up to be a powerful contender in the foldable phone market with this boost in performance and storage capabilities.
