Bengaluru, 8 November: Infinx, an AI-powered solution provider, has opened a new delivery centre in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, which will support the company’s operations in optimizing revenue cycle processes for the US-based healthcare providers.

This new delivery centre in Madurai is part of Infinx’s global expansion goals and marks the company’s eighth centre in India, the company said in a release. The company already has operations in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

The new centre will leverage advanced AI and automation technologies to streamline revenue cycle operations for the company’s customers. Infinx is one of the first ITes organizations to setup a centre of this kind in Madurai, the release added.

“The opening of our new delivery centre in Madurai marks a significant milestone in our journey toward transforming healthcare RCM through innovation and talent development. By investing in advanced AI-driven solutions and leveraging the immense potential of the local workforce, we aim to deliver unparalleled value to our clients while contributing to the technological growth in the country,” Sudeep Tandon, Managing Director of Infinx said.

“Our decision to establish this centre in Madurai reflects the city’s strong talent pool, supported by a robust educational infrastructure and proactive government support,” he added.

The new centre will create around 700 job opportunities over the next five years, providing employment in healthcare RCM to local talent. Infinx has partnered with educational institutions to recruit and train graduates.

The company also said that it would promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, with a target of achieving 35 per cent diversity within two years at the Madurai centre. It also plans to invest in local development initiatives, creating secondary employment opportunities and strengthening the local ecosystem.
