vivo has introduced the T4x 5G in India, expanding its T series lineup with a successor to last year’s T3x 5G. The smartphone features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an 8MP front camera housed within a punch-hole cutout.
A key upgrade comes in the form of the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, replacing the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset found in its predecessor. Battery capacity has been increased to 6500mAh, making it the largest in its segment, according to the company. The device supports 44W fast charging and runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. vivo has committed to providing two years of Android updates and three years of security patches.
The smartphone retains a 50MP primary rear camera accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor. Other features include an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and MIL-STD-810H military certification for durability.

Sales commence on March 12 via vivo’s official website, Flipkart, and offline retail outlets. Customers can avail a Rs 1,000 discount on purchases made using HDFC, SBI, and Axis Bank cards during the initial sale period.
