Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy F06, its most affordable 5G smartphone, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. This budget-friendly device supports 12 5G bands and Carrier Aggregation, a feature typically found in mid-range phones, making it compatible with all major telecom operators in India.
The Galaxy F06 boasts a sleek design and features a large 6.7-inch HD+ LCD screen with High Brightness Mode (HBM), offering up to 800 nits of brightness. On the back, it has a vertical pill-shaped camera module, housing a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor, while the front has an 8MP selfie camera in a teardrop notch.
Equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging, the Galaxy F06 stands out as one of the fastest-charging phones in its price range. It runs on One UI 7, based on Android 15, and Samsung promises 4 years of OS updates and security patches.
Notable user-requested features include Voice Focus, which enhances call clarity by minimizing ambient noise, and the brand’s hardware-backed security system, Knox Vault. The base model of the Galaxy F06, with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, is priced at Rs 9,499, while the 6GB RAM and 128GB version is available for Rs 10,999.
