GoPro launches Hero 13 and Hero Action Cameras in India: Price, features, and more

GoPro has introduced two new action cameras to the Indian market—the Hero 13 Black and the Hero. These cameras cater to both advanced users and those looking for a compact, user-friendly device. The Hero 13 Black is the successor to last year’s Hero 12 Black, while the Hero is an entirely new product, touted as GoPro’s smallest action camera to date.

Hero 13 Black:

Standalone version: ₹44,990

Creator Edition: ₹64,990 (includes Volta Power Grip, Media Mod, and Light Mod)

Accessory Bundle: ₹49,990 (includes Hero 13 Black, The Handler Floating Hand Grip, an extra Enduro battery, Curved Adhesive Mount, 64GB SD card, and a carrying case)

Hero: ₹23,990 (GoPro’s smallest and most affordable 4K camera)

Pre-orders for the Hero 13 Black and its variants begin today through online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Croma, with shipping and retail availability starting on September 10. The Hero will be available for pre-order on September 16, with shipping and retail availability commencing on September 22. Customers purchasing from GoPro’s official distributor, Luxury Personified (LP), will receive an additional one-year warranty at no extra cost, in addition to the standard one-year international warranty.

GoPro Hero 13 Black Features

The Hero 13 Black boasts a 5.3K video resolution at 60 frames per second, delivering high-definition video capture. This model supports four new HB-Series interchangeable lenses: Ultra-Wide, Macro, Anamorphic, and ND filters. The camera automatically detects each lens and optimizes settings based on the shooting environment.
