Upcoming high-end smartphones are poised to make a splash in the Indian market, boasting enhanced performance and advanced camera capabilities. Set to be powered by flagship chips from Qualcomm, Mediatek, and Samsung, these devices are not only geared towards improved performance but also bring forth AI capabilities, such as on-device generative AI models for tasks like image generation and live translation.

Here's a glimpse of some eagerly anticipated flagship phones scheduled to launch in India in the coming weeks:

iQOO 12:

The iQOO 12, set to launch on December 12, will be the first phone in India featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.

Collaborating with BMW M Sport for an upgraded design, the phone boasts a 3x 64 MP periscope zoom lens.

Powered by a 5,000 mAh battery, it supports industry-leading 120W fast charging, and offers up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage.

OnePlus 12:

The OnePlus 12, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, promises a significant upgrade over its predecessor.

Equipped with a versatile triple camera setup, including a periscope zoom lens, it sports a cutting-edge 2K resolution 120Hz display by BoE.

Anticipated features include a large 5,400 mAh battery with 100W fast charging and Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 skin.

OnePlus 12R:

The OnePlus 12R, succeeding the popular OnePlus 11R, is positioned as a mid-range performance champ based on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

Expected to feature a curved display, a large battery with super-fast charging, and the characteristic OnePlus elements like an alert slider and clean OxygenOS.

Priced around Rs 40,000, making it one of the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC-powered phones in the country.

Vivo X100, X100 Pro:

The Vivo X100 series, powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300 SoC, is poised to launch in India, offering a premium design and Zeiss optics in its multi-camera setup.

Both variants feature a curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Xiaomi 14 Pro:

Xiaomi's flagship 14 Pro, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, is expected to debut in India with Xiaomi's custom HyperOS based on AOSP.
