Bose's new ultra-rugged speaker for outdoor adventure

Bose has launched yet another portable speaker in the market. Expanding its SoundLink lineup, Bose has unveiled the SoundLink Flex. The Bluetooth speaker can be your perfect partner to the hills because of the ultra-rugged design that it comes with. The Bose SoundLink Flex comes with exclusive Bose technologies to deliver deep, clear sound that's powerful enough to fill your living room while entertaining, and loud enough for any outdoor adventure. Bose claims that the portable speaker can provide upto 12 hours of playtime.

Bose has launched its SoundLink Flex in the United States for $149 (roughly Rs 11,000). The speaker will be available on Bose's website bose.com. The Bose SoundlLink Flex comes with Bose PositionIQ technology that detects the speaker's position, so no matter whether the speaker is placed upright, hanging, or flat on its back, the speaker is optimized to deliver rich, lifelike sound. The Bose SoundLink Flex can be your perfect partner to the hills or if you want to spend some me-time by the beach because the speaker is IP67 rated, which means it is protected against dust and water. The speaker is 7.9-inches wide, 2.1-inches deep, and 3.6-inches high. It is also pretty lightweight as over 1 pound. The speaker has been offered in three colours including Black, White Smoke, or Stone Blue.

You can connect the SoundLink Flex to the Bose Connect app so you can personalize settings, and receive the latest software updates. You can also access your phone's voice assistant or take and make calls with a built-in microphone.

In terms of battery, the Bose SoundLink Flex houses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that offers up to 12 hours of playback. You can also pair a second SoundLink Flex or Bose Bluetooth speaker for Stereo Mode or Party Mode.
