B’lore Tops In Cybersecurity Jobs Space

Hyderabad: New data from Indeed, the global job matching and hiring platform, reveals a significant increase in cybersecurity jobs from September 2023 to September 2024.

Cybersecurity job postings have jumped by 14 per cent over the past year, reflecting the increased demand for experts. Interest from job seekers has grown as well, with clicks on these roles rising by 14 per cent, showing that more people are eager to explore careers in this critical field.

Bangalore leads the country in cybersecurity job openings, accounting for nearly 10 per cent of listings, followed by Delhi NCR (4 per cent), remote jobs (2.2 per cent), and Hyderabad (2 per cent). Mumbai ranks fifth with 2 per cent.
