A recent poll posted by one of the users on the social discovery app Hunch, individuals shed light on their preferences regarding work. The poll, which garnered responses from an impressive 3,598 GenZ participants, offered invaluable insights into contemporary work attitudes. Astonishingly, a significant 38.7 per cent of respondents declared mental health as their foremost priority when working. This revelation underscores a seismic shift in societal consciousness, highlighting a collective recognition of the importance of mental well-being in the workplace. Additionally, 33.3 per centof participants preferred skills enhancement and continuous learning, signaling a growing emphasis on personal and professional development. Notably, the convenience of remote work options garnered 16 per cent of the votes, indicative of the evolving nature of work arrangements in today's digital age. Furthermore, 1.9 per cent of respondents desired workplace equality, underscoring the importance of fair treatment and inclusivity in organizational settings.
