Hyderabad: To promote the culture of innovation across Telangana, Telangana State Innovation Cell (TSIC) organised their fourth edition of Intinta Innovator Exhibition 2022 across 33 districts of the State on the occasion of Independence Day. The programme, a mechanism to scout innovators from interiors, is conducted for two and half months before Independence Day in collaboration with 33 district administrations.
TSIC recognises scouted innovators across the State with an aim to encourage frugal and local innovators to create solutions for societal problems and serve as a platform between the innovators and the people & administration of their district. Innovators from diverse sectors, including those from rural areas, schools & colleges, startups, industries and agricultural background, participated in the exhibition.
While more than 700 entries have been received through a State-wide central WhatsApp number, 163 innovations were shortlisted to be showcased to respective District Collectors. In addition, TSIC partnered with ACIC-CBIT, Grama Bazaar, Palle Srujana, Woxsen University, Kakatiya Sandbox, Research Innovation Circle of Hyderabad and All India Robotics Association to support the innovators.
