Hyderabad Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) sTPCC) spokesperson Boreddy Ayodhya Reddy slammed Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for claiming that there was huge increase in land rates in Telangana.

Speaking at a press meet in Hyderabad, the TPCC spokesperson asked increase in land rates were not reflecting on Dharani portal

There is a significant disparity between what the CM is stating and the actual situation on the ground. The government has not provided any compensation to the displaced people based on market rates, Reddy added.

Reddy further stated that KCR’s idea of development is limited to making false promises as the CM promised to give three acres of land to Dalits but did not fulfil the promise. “Instead, he has offered Rs 10 lakh to a small number of Dalits and washed off hands,” he pointed out. If land is provided, Dalits can benefit economically as well, he added.

So far, agriculture loans have not been waived even though BRS promised it in its manifesto, he said, adding that only Congress can show what is the true nature of the development model.

Reddy further said that there is a cell ready for KCR in Cherlapalli jail and he would be lodged there after his defeat in the upcoming elections.
