CM Revanth Reddy's Rs 500 LPG cylinder Initiative

Launch date of Rs 500 LPG cylinder scheme-

At his first public meeting in his constituency of Kodangal since taking charge, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced on Wednesday that the plan to distribute LPG cylinders at a price of Rs.500 would be launched within a week. The farmers would receive their investment support under Rythu Bharosa by March 16th. He promised that the manifesto points of providing 200 units of free power and waiving crop loans up to Rs 2 lakh would soon be fulfilled.

Speaking at the public gathering, Revanth Reddy stated that the BRS and the BJP do not deserve to run for the Mahbubnagar Parliamentary constituency in the next Lok Sabha elections because they had failed to improve the Palamuru region. He claimed that the Congress was working relentlessly to develop the Palamuru region, while the opposition parties ignored it.

He brought attention to the fact that the Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme has not made any progress thus far, despite Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 2014 election campaign pledge to designate it as a national project.

In the CM’s words:

“I promised to end 70 years of suffering of Palamuru region and now came to fulfill it. I got approvals for the Narayanpet-Kodangal Lift Irrigation Scheme in 2014, and today laid the foundation for the same.”

He urged Congress members to prevent the BRS and the BJP from unseating the Congress and hand the upcoming Lok Sabha elections victory to Congress candidate Vamsichand Reddy by a landslide.
