Credai Hyderabad holds investment meet

The Hyderabad chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) said it held a real estate focused investment summit, Hyderabad Real Estate Investment Conclave 2022, in the city.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) said it held a real estate focused investment summit, Hyderabad Real Estate Investment Conclave 2022, in the city. A panel of fund managers from financial institutions discussed about real estate investments and market potential in Hyderabad. The discussion was jointly organised with UpWisery, an investment banking and financial services firm.

A self-regulating association of builders and developers, Credai Hyderabad was represented by P Ramkrishna Rao, president, V Rajashekar Reddy, General Secretary, along with over 150 real estate developers and more than 20 global and domestic financial institutions and fund managers.

The panel discussion discussing real estate investments and market potential in Hyderabad was moderated by Anuj Kapoor, founder, UpWisery while the speakers included Sharad Mittal, CEO, Motilal Oswal Alternates; Karthik Athreya, Director, Head Strategy (Alternative Credit), Sundaram Alternates; Vaibhav Agarwal, Head of Credit - Construction Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance, and Parvesh Sharma, Country Head, Tishman Speyer Indi.

Ramakrishna Rao said, "This is the first of its kind RE focused investor summit to showcase Hyderabad as an investment destination."
