Visakhapatnam: Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) leadership extended its heartfelt congratulations to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and its allies on their impressive performance and securing a resounding victory in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections 2024.
Dr V Murali Krishna, Chairman, CII, AP, pointed out that CII has a strong presence in AP with its members present across the State. “We are committed to driving competitiveness and to work hand in hand with the State government for the holistic growth and positioning of AP as an export powerhouse of India,” he added.
Under the dynamic leadership of N Chandrababu Naidu, his party has demonstrated its commitment to the welfare of the people of AP. The party’s welfare schemes and development initiatives have resonated well with the voters, leading to an impressive mandate, the CII stated in a press release.
The CII commended the TDP and its allies for tireless efforts in addressing critical issues such as agriculture, healthcare, education, and infrastructure. “We believe that the TDP’s continued focus on inclusive growth will contribute significantly to the State’s development,” the release said.
As AP embarks on a new journey, CII looks forward to collaborating with the newly elected government to promote investment, innovation, employment generation and sustainable economic growth. “We remain committed to supporting policies that enhance the State’s competitiveness and create a conducive environment for businesses and industries,” the CII said.
