BRS MLAs Slam CM Revanth

Hyderabad: BRS party MLA KP Vivekananda on Monday said CM Revanth Reddy’s narrow-mindedness had been exposed. He alleged that the law and order situation in the State had deteriorated for the past nine months. He said tremors had started in the ruling Congress party after the High Court ruled that action should be taken against the BRS party MLAs who had defected into the ruling party. He alleged that Revanth Reddy had started diversion politics to mislead the people of Telangana.

Speaking to media persons at Telangana Bhavan here along with BRS party MLAs Padi Kaushik Reddy and Dr Sanjay, he expressed displeasure over the vendetta against their party MLA Kaushik Reddy and alleged that the turncoat MLA of their party Arikepudi Gandhi instigated the attack on Kaushik’s house. He said BRS party leaders, including former minister Harish Rao, had toured Khammam district which was damaged due to the rains and claimed that Revanth was unable to stomach the overwhelming response from the people for Harish Rao’s visit.

He said the CM was saying that his own party people attacked the house of Kaushik Reddy. “Revanth is forgetting that he is the CM. He should remember that he is the chief minister for a specific period of time. It is our regret that the Chief Minister should not speak all such words,” he said.
