Botcha takes oath as MLC

Amaravati: Senior YSRCP leader and former Minister Botcha Satyanarayana on Wednesday assumed charge as a member of the State Legislative Council. He was administered oath by Council Chairman M Moshen Raju. He was accompanied by YSRCP leaders including Rajya Sabha MP YV Subba Reddy.

Satyanarayana was elected unanimously following the decision of TDP and its allies not to field anyone in the by-election from local body quota following disqualification of Vamsi Krishna Yadav.
