Visakhapatnam: BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao on Wednesday accused Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of pushing Andhra Pradesh into a debt trap.
Stating that the financial condition of the State is worsening day by day, he told reporters here that the government till date has not prepared any action plan to overcome the deteriorating financial condition. Rao said the vote bank-centric approach by Reddy will finally lead to his downfall. He claimed that some of the Central schemes are being projected as his. The BJP leader in response to questions admitted that the Railways is hit hard due the pandemic.
Stating that the Centre has already announced the formation of South Coast Railway Zone with headquarters in Visakhapatnam, he said formation of a new zone will involve heavy expenditure.
