Harish Rao Lashes out at Govt for Food Poisoning Incident

Hyderabad: Former minister and BRS leader Harish Rao has lashed out at the incident of food poisoning at Maganur zilla parishad high school in Narayanpet district. "Less than 100 days after 100 students fell ill due to food poisoning, another food poisoning incident has happened again. As many as 30 students were admitted to the district hospital after they complained of vomiting and stomach pain,” he said.

Harish Rao said despite a series of cases of the food poisoning being reported in government schools and gurukuls in the State and loss of lives, the government was still sleeping. He alleged that the State government was not taking any steps for preventing such incidents despite agitation programs by the parents of the students.
