Asks students at Indian School of Business to come forward for finding solutions to the State’s problems

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has reiterated that the Congress government's aim is to make Telangana a trillion-dollar economy.
Participating in Indian School of Business (ISB) leadership summit at its campus in city on Sunday, the Chief Minister said that the State government was working aimed at making Hyderabad to compete with cities like New York, London, Paris, Tokyo and Seoul and not only with other cities in the country.
“Hyderabad is the best destination for investments in the world. Moreover, it needs to be developed as a $600 billion city to achieve the goals of trillion dollar economy,” Revanth Reddy said.
Stating that the ISB should help to promote the Telangana State in every part of the world, the Chief Minister appealed to the ISB students to discuss with investors, businessmen and common people about Telangana and Hyderabad during visit to other places.
“My government is willing to work with ISB for two to three years. We may not offer big salaries, but give good opportunities and big challenges,” Revanth Reddy disclosed.
“It is a delightful moment to meet you all in the ISB leadership summit. Sharing here my thoughts on “Leadership in New India” theme chosen this year by the ISB. All the ISB students are young, intelligent and possess exceptional leadership qualities,” Revanth Reddy said.
Stating that ISB students are brand ambassadors for Hyderabad, Telangana and new India, the Chief Minister advised the students to maintain direct contact with people and give equal respect to the poor, rich, young and the old and mingle with them as friends.
“We can achieve anything if we are in contact with people. Moreover, the courage is utmost important for every great leader. Apart from intelligence, skill and hard work, luck is also important. We should take risk to do great things. No one will be successful without taking risks,” the Chief Minister added.
“Great leaders are always ready to sacrifice. Sometimes, we lose many things in the struggle but we should not be scared and retract. We should move forward,” Revanth Reddy opined.
The Chief Minister also stated that the Congress party has a legacy of glorious leaders and Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, PV Narasimha Rao, Manmohan Singh are among them.
