ED Officials Asked me Same Questions, KTR dares CM for lie Detector Test

Hyderabad: Former minister and BRS party working president KT Rama Rao on Thursday alleged that the ED officials had repeatedly asked the same questions, which were asked by the ACB officials, in the sensational Formula E car race irregularities case.

Speaking to media persons after coming out of the ED office after being interrogated by the ED for nearly seven hours, KTR made it clear he was ready for a lie detector test and dared CM Revanth Reddy, whether he was ready for the same test? “I'm ready for a lie detector test. Whether Revanth Reddy is ready for the same test, I have faith in the courts and judges and justice will win," he said while claiming that he didn't do anything wrong. KTR said he was ready for any punishment if he was proved guilty. Stating that CM Revanth Reddy has cases registered against him by the ACB and the ED, KTR alleged that the ACB and the ED had registered false cases against him and were indulging in vendetta.

“The case was filed as part of an act of vendetta. Respecting the investigating agencies and officials, I appeared before the ACB on the 9th of this month and the ED on the 16th. Both the organisations asked the same kind of questions to me for seven hours. All the details have been taken. I'll come no matter how many times they call me. I will cooperate with the investigation. I am saying that I am a person, who respects the Constitution, the judiciary and the courts. No matter how many questions they ask, I will answer them. I will fully cooperate with the investigation. I told them that I will prove my honesty," KTR said.
