Hyderabad: Telangana is poised to set a national benchmark in healthcare innovation with the launch of an AI-driven integrated health profiling system.

This ambitious initiative is designed to create comprehensive digital health records for every citizen, ensuring seamless and efficient medical care across the State.

At a grand event in Jubilee Hills on Wednesday, Minister for IT and Industries Duddilla Sridhar Babu inaugurated the ‘MDR.My Digi Record’ mobile app, developed by Medure Hospital Services.

Addressing the audience, Sridhar Babu highlighted the app’s potential to transform the healthcare landscape.

He pointed out that patients often visit multiple hospitals and are forced to undergo repetitive and costly diagnostic tests due to the absence of centralised health records. This lack of coordination not only places a financial strain on individuals, but also delays crucial medical interventions. By leveraging AI-powered integrated health profiles, the Telangana State aims to reduce this burden, empower doctors with comprehensive patient histories, and even enable predictive healthcare that can proactively identify and mitigate potential health risks, Sridhar Babu said.

Reiterating Telangana’s commitment to cutting-edge technology, the Minister emphasised that the initiative is being developed with precision and ambition.

"The integration of advanced AI will position Telangana as a role model for the entire nation, setting a new standard for digital healthcare management," Sridhar Babu said.

He also lauded Medure Hospital Services for their groundbreaking innovation in developing the app, which promises real-time health monitoring and seamless data management.

The ‘MDR.My Digi Record’ app represents a major leap forward in healthcare accessibility and efficiency. It will securely store medical histories, diagnostic reports, and treatment plans, ensuring that patients and healthcare providers have instant access to critical information.

The app’s real-time monitoring capabilities will allow individuals to track key health indicators such as blood pressure, SPO2 levels, and stress levels, enabling early detection of potential health issues.

In addition to this, AI-powered analytics will predict health risks before they escalate, allowing for timely interventions. By eliminating redundant medical tests and streamlining treatment processes, the initiative will significantly reduce healthcare costs for both patients and hospitals, making quality care more affordable and accessible.

TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, Dr Moturi Krishnaprasad (Chairman, Medure Hospitals), Dr Saroj Gupta (CEO), and Dr Chris Humphreys (Chief Marketing Officer) and others were present in the programme.
