CM Revanth Showers Developmental Initiatives on Rajanna Sircilla District
Hyderabad: In a milestone for the first year of his administration, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Wednesday announced developmental projects worth Rs.694.50 crore for Rajanna Sircilla district.
The projects aim to improve infrastructure, education, healthcare, and welfare across the region. Key highlights of the initiatives include, laying the foundation stone for the Rs.76 crore development works at Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy temple, including improvements near the Dharmagundam.
Anna Prasadam building: Commencing the construction of a dining hall at a cost of Rs35.25 crore. Road expansion: Launching Rs45 crore road-widening project from Mula Vagu bridge to the temple Medical college construction: Performing Bhoomi puja for a medical college and hostel block, valued at Rs166 crores.
Textile Hub: Inaugurating a Rs50 crore textile depot to boost the handloom sector.
Bridges and drainage: Laying the foundation for a Rs52 crore high-level bridge at Konaraopet Mandal and a Rs3 crore drainage system.
Indiramma Houses: Commencing Rs235 crore housing project to benefit 4,696 Mid-Manair Reservoir oustees.
Educational infrastructure: Initiating a junior college in Medipalli mandal and an advanced technology center in Rudrangi mandal.
In addition to this, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy also inaugurated a new SP office building in Sircilla, which is constructed at Rs26 crore and a district library in Vemulawada, built at Rs1.45 crore and a Rs.4.80 crore working women’s hostel.
The Chief Minister also distributed compensation worth Rs.85 lakh to the families of 17 Gulf migrants who passed away, and disbursed the loans worth Rs102 crore to 631 Shiva Shakti women self-help groups.
