CM Revanth Pays Tributes to Komaram Bheem

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy paid rich tributes to tribal leader Komaram Bheem on the occasion of his death anniversary.

The Chief Minister garlanded the portrait of Komaram Bheem, who fought for tribal rights and had realised the aspirations of tribals, at his residence here on Thursday.

Revanth Reddy said the State government is taking steps to implement several schemes and programmes for the welfare and development of Adivasis in Telangana.

Similarly, on the occasion of Maharishi Valmiki's birth anniversary, the Chief Minister paid tributes to the poet.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister reminded that Valmiki Jayanthi is being organised as an official cultural event in Telangana.

Former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav, MP Anil Kumar Yadav and other leaders were among those who paid tributes to Komaram Bheem and Valmiki.
