On the occasion, chief guest Vikas Raj stated, “Raising awareness about prostate cancer is vital, as early detection can make a life-changing difference. Events like this, will remind larger audience to prioritize health and encourage regular check-ups, especially for conditions like prostate cancer, which often has no symptoms in the early stages. By coming together, we hope to reach more people and encourage men to be proactive in taking care of their health, as right information and early action truly save lives.”

Dr Sanjai Addla, Senior Consultant, Uro-oncology, ACC Hyderabad, said “Early detection through regular PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) testing and screening is key. With advanced diagnostics and robotic-assisted surgeries now available, ACC Hyderabad offers state-of-the-art treatment that has improved outcomes and recovery times significantly. Men need to be aware that regular screenings are quick and can be lifesaving.”
