Actor Junior NTR Donates ₹50 Lakh Each for Flood Victims of Telangana, AP

Hyderabad: It is a known fact normal life has been disrupted due to the rains in the last few days in the two Telugu States. Many areas like Vijayawada and Khammam have been completely submerged in water and people have lost everything. The rescue operations are still going on. People are waiting for compensation from the two governments. Many film celebrities are announcing donations to AP and Telangana States.

Actor Junior NTR took to twitter to announce his donation to the two Telugu states. He announced a donation of ₹50 lakh each to Telangana and AP States’ CMRF. In his tweet, NTR said , “I am deeply disturbed by the flood fury caused by the recent heavy rains in the two Telugu States. I pray to god that Telugu people recover from this calamity at the earliest. On my part, I am donating Rs 50 lakh each to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund of the Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to help in the steps taken by the governments of the two these States for relief from the flood disaster.”

NTR’s fans and netizens are congratulating him over his humanitarian act. The Aayi film unit and kalki movie unit have also announced donations to the State governments.

Vyjayanthi Movies head Ashwini Dutt has already announced a donation of Rs 25 lakh to AP.

Tollywood director Trivikram has announced a joint donation of Rs 50 lakh. Producers Radhakrishna (Chinnababu) and S Nagavamsi announced Rs 25 lakh to AP and Rs 25 lakh for Telangana States. Actor Vishwak Sen has donated Rs 10 lakh to the flood victims in the two Telugu States. He also announced that he was donating Rs 5 lakh each to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments. He tweeted this on his social media account.
