Workshop discusses clinical updates in ophthalmology

Visakhapatnam: Sankar Foundation Eye Hospital, Naiduthota on Monday organised a one-day workshop on clinical updates in ophthalmology to share the latest innovations and technological advancements in eye care management.
The District Programmes Manager (DPMs), para medical ophthalmic officers and Kanti Velugu Para Medial Ophthalmic Assistants participated in the workshop from six districts of North Andhra Pradesh.
Executive Trustees Krishna Kumar Atmakuri, Vijaya Kumar Atmakuri and K Radhakrishnan, GM (Admn & Operations) attended. Speaking on the occasion, Radhakrishnan said that Sankar Foundation has grown rapidly in the areas of OPD and clinical services and is playing a vital role in eradicating avoidable blindness in the society.
He acknowledged the support of DPMs and ophthalmic officers and added that they are very instrumental in its growth and journey towards excellence in the eye care management of Sankar Foundation.
