Hyderabad Metro Services Disrupted On Wednesday
Commuters were left stranded when the Hyderabad Metro was disrupted for one hour early Wednesday morning. The delay affected key routes, including Ameerpet - Hitec City, Miyapur-Ameerpet, and Nagole - Secunderabad.
Officials from Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) confirmed that a technical glitch was responsible for the delay. However, the problem was quickly fixed, and operations were restored for the day.
Following the incident, the authorities apologized to the citizens for the inconvenience and informed them that services were now operating normally.
Apologizing for the delay, L&T Hyderabad Metro Rail on X (formerly Twitter) said, "Dear Passengers, Earlier today, Hyderabad Metro Rail services encountered a temporary disruption caused by a signaling system technical glitch. We worked promptly to resolve the issue, and normal services have been restored. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused our passengers."
