Sabarimala Special Trains: 28 Special Trains from AP and Telangana to Sabarimala - Bookings Open Today!

South Central Railway has announced the launch of 28 special trains to accommodate the heavy rush of Ayyappa devotees heading to Sabarimala. These trains will operate from various stations, including Moulali, Kacheguda, and Narsapur in Hyderabad, to ensure smoother travel during this peak pilgrimage season. The booking for these special trains will begin today.

Special Trains from Moulali and Kacheguda to Sabarimala

A special train (Train No. 07193) will depart from Moulali Railway Station to Kollam on December 11, 18, and 25. A return train from Kollam to Moulali (Train No. 07194) will operate on December 13, 20, and 27.

Additionally, a train will operate from Moulali to Kollam (Train No. 07149) on December 14, 21, and 28, while Train No. 07150 will return from Kollam to Moulali on December 16, 23, and 30. This train will depart from Kollam at 2:30 PM and reach Moulali the next day at 9:50 AM.

Special Trains from Kacheguda and Narsapur to Sabarimala

South Central Railway has also announced special trains from Kacheguda to Kottayam on January 2, 9, 16, and 23. A return service will operate from Kottayam to Kacheguda on January 3, 10, 17, and 24.

A special train will run from Kakinada Town in AP to Kollam on January 6 and 13. A return service from Kollam to Kakinada Town will be available on January 8 and 15.

Special trains from Narsapur to Kollam are scheduled for January 20 and 27, with a return train from Kollam to Narsapur on January 22 and 29.

Festival Special Trains for Christmas and Sankranti

With the holiday season approaching, South Central Railway has also announced additional festival special trains. To ease the rising passenger traffic during Christmas and Sankranti, special trains will be available from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam and Brahmapur from December 6 to 30.

The train from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam (Train 07097) will operate on December 8, 15, 22, and 29, departing at 4:35 PM and reaching Visakhapatnam at 6:30 AM the next day.

A return service (Train No. 07098) from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad will depart on December 9, 16, 23, and 30, at 7:50 PM, arriving in Secunderabad at 11:15 AM the following day.
