Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed viral memes about himself and Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni during his podcast debut on the' People by WTF' series, hosted by Zero dhaco-founder Nikhil Kamath. The light- hearted discussion touched on colourful aspects of the PM's life, including his approach to food and reflections on his early days in public life.
Nikhil Kamath asked the Prime Minister about the “Melodi memes” that have gained traction online over the once two times. “PM Modi, as we're talking about other countries, if I may bumble a little, I must say my favourite food is pizza, which originates from Italy. People frequently say that you know a lot about Italy. Would you like to partake commodity about it? Have not you seen those memes? ” he asked.
He added that he doesn't concentrate on memes or online conversations. “I’m not savour, whatever is served in any country. I eat happily,” he said.
Reflecting on his particular preferences, PM Modi participated that he finds it delicate to decide what to order when presented with a menu. However, I won’t be suitable to decide what to eat, “If someone gives me a menu. I’m not a savorer,” he said.
The Prime Minister also reported his early days working for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), where he frequently reckoned on the late Arun Jaitley to navigate eatery menus.
“I do not know if the dish that's mentioned in the menu and the food in front of me are the same thing. I don't have knowledge. I'm ignorant because I haven't developed that tendency. So I do not understand important about it, so I always used to ask Arun ji to order food for me, it just demanded to be submissive,” he said.
During the two- hour podcast, PM Modi participated several stories, touching on his education, entry into politics, challenges, stress operation, and crucial policy opinions.
