NCC Ltd net profit grows 25% to Rs 239.16 cr in Q4

Hyderabad: City-based infrastructure major, NCC Limited on Wednesday announced a 25 per cent growth in net profit to Rs 239.16 crore in fourth quarter of 2023-24, as against Rs 190.86 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
In an official release, the Company said it reported a turnover of Rs 6,530.05 crore (including other income) for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, resulting an increase of 31 per cent, compared to Rs 4981.36 crore in Q4, 2023. The EBIDTA is at Rs 550.52 crore, as against Rs 464.61 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
For the financial year 2023-24, the Company reported a turnover of Rs 20970.91 crore (including other income), as against Rs 15701 crore in the previous year. The company has reported EBIDTA of Rs 1768.88 crore, and net profit of Rs 710.69 crore for the year ended March 31, 2024, as against Rs 1458.99 crore and Rs 609.20 crore, reported respectively in the previous year.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 15, 2024 have recommended Equity Dividend of 110 per cent (Rs 2.20 per share of Rs 2 each) on the Paid-up Capital of Rs 125.57 crore, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at their Annual General Meeting, the Company informed.
