NBCC wins Rs 100 cr RECIPMT upgrade proj

Hyderabad: NBCC has recently received a work order for the construction of a new training center and the renovation of existing buildings at the REC Institute of Power Management Training (RECIPMT) in Hyderabad.
The project cost is nearly Rs 100 crore. Of this, Rs 60 crore will be allocated for the construction of a new training center, hostel, classrooms, auditorium, kitchen/dining facility, and campus-wide landscaping.
The remaining Rs 40 crore will be spent on demolishing the old, unsafe elevated service reservoir, constructing a new one with an improved design and capacity, and renovating the existing RECIPMT buildings, including the office building, classrooms, hostel, and allied structures
This is the first such assignment secured by NBCC (India) Limited by participating in tender through GeM portal as a seller. NBCC has secured this tender on Quality Cost Based System (QCBS) method by receiving highest marks after competing with other bidders through GeM.
