MSN Lab partners BITS Pilani to upskill its young workforce

Hyderabad: City-based MSN Laboratories, a research-based pharmaceutical company, said it has signed a MoU with Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) division, to equip the Company’s Self-Directed Teams within the formulation units with the needed knowledge and skills.
Recently MSN Lab had onboarded young professionals who have completed 12th grade. As part of the collaboration, the professionals will undergo training to operate machinery and fulfill roles within different production departments. As of now, sixty team members from MSN Laboratories’ formulation division have been enrolled in the B.Sc. Pharmaceutical Science programme offered by BITS Pilani WILP. Dr MSN Reddy, CMD, MSN Laboratories, said, “The true strength of our success lies in our people.
